The Company believes that the report is compliant with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects implemented by the Canadian Securities Administrators, however, the Company has not filed its report with any Canadian authority to determine compliance. Moreover, the report has not been reviewed and/or accepted by any Canadian or US regulatory authority.

LMAO - in once sentence, the company says their report is 43-101 compliant and then admits in the very same sentence that it is not compliant. Talk about double-speak......
