Your statement is completely wrong. uspr supplied a SEC fact, which states, uspr pdf report (NI-43-101) is fake.

Read for your-self. The report was not reviewed with any Canadian authority to determine compliance. Moreover, the report has not been reviewed and/or accepted by any Canadian or US regulatory authority.

uspr tells everyone, the NI-43-101 is fake. The mine too, may be fake.
