I know you are a true long. I did not go back far enough in reading the posts to see how it originated and yes, I have also voiced concerns in the past. Don't misconstrue my comment as a derogatory comment. There are definitely some concerns or this stock would not be selling sub penny. I was sincerely asking what you thought was a valid market capitalization considering the negatives.
I also don't like the charts of the sector, including VPOR, however, I do see a viable trading range within the channel and the downside limited (in my mind) by the small market capitalization that now exists. The $3 million may be low-balling it considering shares that will be converted but even doubling that to $6 million appears to be a small market capitalization in comparison. Obviously, imho.
