Seems to me that the average time for a effective notice is about 2 weeks. That first S1 was obviously an issue with the split being done at the time too. I remember the period of silence at the time too.... quite aggravating
This most recent S1 is only 18 days in. Above the norm but so is the filing. I am just hoping there is no need for multiple amendments.
IMO the effective date should happen this coming week.
