Answering your questions, spyder

You asked for answers to three questions, from a logical perspective.

Why was the P.A. infringement lawsuit dropped so quickly?

From a logical perspective it makes sense for attorneys to drop a law suit quickly if they think they're going to lose it, and incur costs that their client cannot pay.

The same applies from a legal perspective. It makes no legal sense to proceed with a suit alleging patent infringement if the defendant doesn't have a product that infringes your patent.

Why hasnt P.A. filed a frivolous/counter suit against REVO/attorneys?

There's no point in Protect America incurring the costs of filing a counter suit, when the suit against them has been withdrawn.

But, if REVO comes back with another suit, Protect America may well follow the other defendants, and file a counter suit.

why are the other 3 lawsuits, still active & not also dropped?

Continuing with the remaining suits suggests that REVO considers those defendants have infringing products. Which, logically, supports the view that the suit against Protect America was withdrawn because Protect America doesn't have an infringing product.
