REVO, regarding a buyout scenario, if P.A. first needs to, complete a M&A or a series of M&A's, necessary to secure $1-$2 billion, imo.... there'd be no immediate LOI, until P.A. got all their ducks in a row.

From a logical perspective, why was the P.A. infringement lawsuit dropped so quickly? Why hasnt P.A. filed a frivolous/counter suit against REVO/attorneys? And, why are the other 3 lawsuits, still active & not also dropped?
