Unfortunately there are questions that should be asked , and now, IMO. THESE QUESTIONS may look to some, like tough questions, maybe none of the investor's business, or too penetrating. But for anyone who understands this child security arena, particularly for someone who has had to pay attention to school board budgeting, purchasing, fed. and state regs. And student transport, those things shine a light on every aspect of Student Connect. Stumbling into this product was such a hopeful for me. These things do take a lot of time to matriculate and put into profitable function. But as wonderful as it appears, and with the rather impressive keynotes from a very respectable Verizon team, the business practices here , are critical.

I know Nothing about any of the other products of ECDC but see the idea of STUDENT CONNECT as very substantial . I have personally heard it referred to as a no brainer by intrigued school transport admins. But red flags are not pink flags. And historic revolving doors tend to rotate in only one direction. Yet and still, I wish the best to the ECDC group. If all focus could remain here, who knows where the Student Connect potential could go, at cost of $0.00. I am not an advisor, primary concern will be child endangerment- regardless of ECDC's choices This is as I see it, all IMO. If there is nothing to hide, why not answer all the questions right up front?
