Loose ends you say..here is some loose ends..Memory DX LLC is still owned by William Gartner..So is GW Medical TechnologiesLLC...It appears the spinoff from Amarantus has a lot to do with William Gartner than what has been exposed...Amarantus paid 2 million shares to MemoryDx which is now a subsidiary of AMBS..MemoryDx LLC is still owned by William as well..GW Medical Technologies LLC is still controlled by William..Matter of Fact, William Gartner and GW still own the trademark "LYmPRO Test"...here are all the facts from our Great DD you understand.. Look for William and ProvistaDx being joined at the hip..Now they need a Clean shell to go public..Remember the Ironridge connection between Radient and Ironridge Hedgies..Ironridge invested in Amarantus(AMBS) and dropped the 30 million law suit against Radient when William got involved..Bottom line William is going to be the owners of Lmpro Test technology after AMBS spins their Diagnostics Division..This is great news for RXPC shareholders, including Ironridge..It is apparent that William and the PDX angel investors will combine AMBS and RXPC in their long term plans to go public...imo Wolf
