What loose ends remain regarding Provista reverse merging into the Radient shell at this stage. Is it simply a Jan 1 tax related issue that is the hold-up?

I am not quite sure the catalyst to set events into motion from here. At what point does Radient corporate/stock reinstatement in Delaware enter into play?
