CORRECT: You hit the nail on the head. We are been ripped off. I heard a
large manufacturer, did not want the bulbs on the market. They want bulbs
that don't last and bought them out. That Billion dollars should be distributed
to the shareholders. THE IRS IS CORRECT, because ZVTK would have to report
the transaction to them. If they get three or more calls, my understanding is
that they (IRS) would be obligated to investigate. So what are we waiting for? Let's do it.
