Did the incarcerated CEO have Yacht time? First Class tickets to anywhere? You paid for it. Convertible debentures at $0.0001 always means a yacht, a mansion, and first class tickets to anywhere. Anyone that pays $0.01, a premium to the fair market value as established by the issuer at $0.0001 is getting the shaft. Sad that most of the issuers do not disclose the expense of the difference either. And the selling shareholders do not file the difference with the IRS. You should petition the IRS for an audit of the selling shareholder. That might get you some traction. The IRS always wants to get their "man".

Many stock scams do not really know where to start a complaint. In your case, sounds like the IRS.
