So "INTELLECT" publicly files to sue Pfizer for $2MM, yet Pfizer committed some tort because they reiterated the amount put forth by INTELLECT? Ah yes, a Sherlock moment no doubt.

Good heavens. That's almost as intriguing as the "copyright infringement" case that we were regaled with for months, because Pfizer submitted part of "INTELLECT'S" public information from the world wide web to the court.

Case closed! Sheesh..

These are dollar amounts and I also consider them financial numbers per Doc #44 pages 24,25,26 Justice Oing Decision/Order on the motion no dollar numbers or financial numbers were to be submitted to the court or e-filed so the public at large could see,read or print.
