I don't understand your point.Here is something that may very well occur soon cause Intellect (ILNS) its shareholders spent alot of money to defend this motion in violation by the defense that was granted to the defense which delayed this ligation for about 4 to 6 months imho.

Point being the company Intellect its shareholder were damaged and said existing order Doc.# 44 was violated 3 times at least by 2 seperate defense attorneys Doc # 100,101 EXHIBITS 7,8 Intellect's pr's 2 million dollars and Doc.# 109 #3 Summary amount demanded 2 million interest from 5/8/12 imho.

These are dollar amounts and I also consider them financial numbers per Doc #44 pages 24,25,26 Justice Oing Decision/Order on the motion no dollar numbers or financial numbers were to be submitted to the court or e-filed so the public at large could see,read or print.

IMHO that's the defense putting both middle fingers straight up on 3 seperate occasions and saying F--- you Justice Oing!
