What are your reasons for voting FOR or AGAINST the reverse split?

I received my "Consent Solicitation" from Cytosorbents. I haven't voted yet. I lack the expertise of many of you on this board. (Thank you for your contributions btw). Currently I'm in favor of CTSO getting increased visibility, improved liquidity, increased credibility, etc. (as stated in the Solicitation). However, I'm concerned it may be too early to do such a large 25:1 r/s.

Could you share some of your thinking one way or the other? TIA.

(FYI, I'm long CTSO)
