The 25:1 is to get them to a price for uplisting....they may be anticipating some price rollback so they have some cushion ...jmho... I am not sure I agree that the stock is going to be more liquid though....unless it doesn't mean what I thought it did...also they probably have all the votes they need already....so the retail vote is just a formality. Jmho
