Interesting maybe he can get them contracts.Noticed that insiders own a good % of the shares so thats good.The problem I currently see is the lack of funds, huge accumulated debt and lots of dilution.Now once contracts are in place, I think the Company is really going to need financing and although seems like a unique technology the long long haul for the share price may not be in the cards.I think its a much better short term momo type play.
