CenBio to shareholders: "Look at this fancy 3D model of our planned three floor industrial facility, we're going to be the largest and most advanced in the world with over 1000 employees while building out the entire property"

Town: "Wait a minute Billy Boy, that's not what you applied for at all, could you please revise your site plan to state your full intentions for this property. There could be a couple issues with the zoning, that we should address going forward"

CenBio to town: (covers ears)"Blah blah blah we can't hear you"

CenBio to s/h: "There's no zoning issues, plants in the ground by Easter"

Present day

Town: "Well Billy Boy, since you haven't provided the information we have been asking for, we have decided to become proactive and write up our own ordinances after extensive DD and two town hearings. Guess what, we decided that an industrial facility belongs in an industrial area"

CenBio: "We are grandfathered because all the armchair attorneys say so"

Town: "Aaahh, absolutely not, and we posted it on the front page of the towns website just to prove it"

CenBio: "We're going to sue the town so we can build our building that no one wants" (I sure hope)

Town: "OOOOOOO, how scary, I bet Tecumseh can't wait for you guys to blow in to town because your not building anything else in ours unless it's properly zoned. We might let you get away with a little hemp farm at the horse ranch but dudes, take the fence down, no one's going to steal your ditchweed."

Cen Bio: "OK, now we have to get back to spreading false rumors about some deal in Las Vegas via secret Ukrainian falseBook pages."

Town: "Good Riddance"

Shareholders: "Where did all our money go, where's Billy Boy and where's our weed"?
