Thanks for the explanation. We will have to see how it plays out. Just one thing regarding the Oct 13 2013 filing. It did state clearly that the facilities would be used for growing and processing MJ, so the town knew what CEN was going to do. It wasn't like it was sprung upon them or new to them. That's what's fishy here. Until next week.
