The life cycle cost of the catalyst-electrodes is not significant for the MVTG ERC.

The most significant cost is operating power, and that cost is low enough to make the MVTG ERC very commercially viable, it is the reason, the breakthrough reason, that the ERC patent was issued as new and novel above any prior art.

Improvements in the ERC Catalyst and electrode efficiencies can have huge pay backs!!! Thus the reason the Canadian government is now recognizing this with a massive MVTG grant of $450,000.

Let's say for instance that the current power cost of the ERC/CO2 capture process (total package) to make formic acid is $400/ton. And the current market price is $1200/ton. That makes the MVTG ERC commercially viable.

Now if we can reduce the power cost to say $40/ton and make formic acid so cheap that it can replace diesel fuel and ICE engines in trucks, using MVTG fuel cells, what do we have?

We have the most disruptive new energy technology in decades!!!

Ambition with out knowledge is like ship in dry dock, going nowhere FAST!
