ive met with the FDA many times. they are conservative, but generally consistent (unless there is a division change). they have always been open to push back for me. $SRPT's story vis a vis the FDA never sounded quite right. Not only did SRPT not follow their advice, they tried to publicly shun the FDA and use mothers of sick kids against the FDA. If it were my child, I would be beating down the doors of SRPT and hoping they put the drug in a competent company's hands.
im sure theyll do better with ebola. ive heard they already have a cure:)
