They could care less if Giorgio has reverse SPLITTED on shareholders.


That's not a bad reputation from an inside perspective.

They are simply in it for the 17 million dollars, which is why I stated your conclusion and perspective is invalid.

It was just a good business decision for 212DB to go under the umbrella and also pay off their debt. And now they look stronger for it.
