I think it is insane to view borrowed money aka an equity stake purchased at a discount to market as equal to a corporate asset. That stake is definitely not a stake. It is a plot aimed at suckering wannabes believng in the tooth fairy.

There's just one explanation as to why shares are si cheap. We all know what it is, don't we?
