Thanks for the detailed reply. I appreciate it! That answers a lot of my questions.
Your points make a lot of sense. With all the talk of buyouts, I was not sure if a buyout was a good option. But it sounds like today is the not day. But someday in the future it might be good.
However in the short term the key for this company to succeed will be to get the company's products up and running.
And updates are always nice too.
