Hill is a loser plain and simple. 3 reasons why I think he already has struck out.

1) busted previously in a scheme with a business before STTK - reoccurring charges in small print hid from customers. - Hill proved he is ok tricking people for money.

2) 1200 to 1 R/S - huge R/S wiping out all previous sharesholder ability to recover their cash- Hill proved he is ok with wiping out shareholders holdings.

3) talked up STTK via emails and PR's while huge amount of shares were being converted. Has gone completely silent and does not respond to emails or issue PR's to the detriment of shareholders.

Look for more tricks from Hill for money, look for Hill to do more wiping out of shareholders shares, and expect Hill to follow up with big talk and then silence after another restructuring is my guess.

I am also guessing there will be one more run on the PPS before the next R/S- hope does spring eternal- ha ha
