Ya see your ignoring the DIFFERENCE between HEMP and MJ here since it's just as profitable and I'm pretty certain HEMP cultivation is supported by the farm bill in Michigan.

There is a difference in HEMP and MMJ. Hemp is a low grade form of pot and highly regulated. Hemp would have been a better choice for HALB and GEAR to tout but they didn't and claimed MMJ which is a horse of a different color. The Michigan bill for hemp is still in the works.

The properties involved are located in Michigan and Canada.

We know that you can do self cultivation in Michigan of up to 12 plants and no farming operations. Canada is possible but if you read the restrictions and what it takes to become a producer it really isn't worth it.
