Ok let's say these are operating "farms" in Michigan and not MMJ or even HEMP producing farms.

What's to say that in 6-8 months as the PR states, that they aren't generating revenues from MMJ?

There are several bills in MI to allow this.

Elections next month are a game changer across the country.

Maybe they are hedging a bet that in less than 30 days the legal issues change and these "farms" can switch over and produce MMJ?

3-4 months for a crop right?

6-8 months gives them plenty of time to do this if the path is cleared with a vote.
