It sounds like you skipped over Paragraph 11, where tmm claims it has paid for and owns VDK 1.0-1.4 and Dimension's response is DENIED!!!!!!!!! Check your references, you got it wrong!

The reference you are talking about in #16 is just about WHAT THE LICENSE SAYS! As I've explained before, a license is written as if all parties have performed as promised. But if the buying party fails to pay afterwards, the license is void.

That happened in this case in March, 1993 so a new, far more limited license, with no ownership, was created in April, 1993. tmm later defaulted on that one too, but that's another story.
