I am NOT judging the successes or failures of APT based on the stock price. Yes, many have lost tons of money within this stock; however, it is the actions within ourselves that “make” one decide to buy, hold, or sell a stock – regardless of the business, news, etc. Defamation to the company, leadership, and one-another… its ugly and something I don’t want to be part of or surround myself around.

That's BS. If you were attributing this to your run of the mill stinky you'd have a point. These guys came into this merger touting impressive numbers and what appeared to be a viable, revenue generating business. You can't have it both ways and the insinuation to heft the blame upon the unsuspecting is a backhanded compliment at worse.

This expo would never had even taken place without the burden placed upon shareholders who have indeed lost tons of money supporting it. They have earned the defamation by those who have indeed bought the story thus far. If they continue to hold their shareholders in such disregard with their actions and silence they may find themselves with a revolt on their hands that will cripple their prospects going forward.

They damn well owe an explanation to their shareholders.
