As many know, I visited the AIMExpo this past weekend, Saturday, October 18th; whereas, I not only wanted to meet the APT Team, touch their products, and allow my boy to fight zombies – it was a chance to see what the industry (of those attending), displayed for 2015. If anyone is friends with me on FB – I showed a few pictures taken from the show, some of APT products as well.

While visiting the APT Team, I didn’t go to their booth or staff with any intentions of talking about the PPS, or anything related to the investing/trading. My position was more geared on understanding their tangible products – compared to the comparable items being displayed by others’, interviewing professional Motocross Racer Luke Renzland, interviewing AMA Motocross National Champions, Pierre Karsmakers and Mike LaRocco, interviewing Legend William "Willie G." Davidson, who is the grandson of Harley-Davidson founder William A. Davidson, and collaborating with APT staff about products, supply, demand, and any upcoming products for 2015 (as a consumer – not investor).

While visiting, I had the chance to spend quality time with Troy and Corey, who provided me with a fantastic welcoming and great hospitality – they also had the chance to meet my wife and son. As you can imagine, my son wanted to drive off the lot with one of the bikes, which the price was reduced and promotional free shipping; however, I had to pass. It’s definitely on the list of things to purchase wink

I inquired with 47 vendors, at the show, asking if they had a chance to visit the APT Booth and what their overall thoughts were, as well as inquiring how they felt about Corey’s presentation on the stage – showcasing the Smartcarb. Every response was positive and all vendors knew exactly who I was referring to when mentioning APT / Motovox / Motoped. I also encountered many consumers who knew nothing about the Smartcard, but were immediately fascinated when Mr. Covey expressed the benefits.

HERE IS MY ASSESSMENT TO A FEW INQUIRIES:

When it comes to meeting the DEMAND this season, originally I assumed “No”, considering I wasn’t totally convinced with what measurements of distributor exposure were being coordinated. But since interacting with various distributors and vendors last week, and meeting with several motorcross professionals – it is clear to me that “many” see the true potential of this product and want to be part of the growth. I’m not suggesting APT has the best bikes in the business – I really don’t feel anyone has the absolute best, since everyone has their own standards, wants, and needs. However, the amount of consumers seeking to purchase APT bikes in 2015 is definitely high on the radar. I believe APT beats the market expectations this season, basically being able to meet or exceed the demands – pumping out products accordingly.

I am NOT judging the successes or failures of APT based on the stock price. Yes, many have lost tons of money within this stock; however, it is the actions within ourselves that “make” one decide to buy, hold, or sell a stock – regardless of the business, news, etc. Defamation to the company, leadership, and one-another… its ugly and something I don’t want to be part of or surround myself around.

APT came out of the gate into the public sector to promote their business and drive growth – there were decisions made by the business, which I don’t approve of, and some I give the nod; however, the business had to do what it felt during those present times. The company remains with having solid products and innovative characteristics, despite still being very young and green within the open market. There are going to be mistakes, trials and tribulations, questioning of decisions between management / between investors, and other areas where ANYONE can criticize by picking apart any aspect of the business.

I truly believe APT is going to be a huge household name in the future. The amount of exposure and attention received at the AIMExpo was very impressive. AIMExpo showed APT a tremendous amount of respect offering many services at no costs to the company. AIMExpo even provided all the beverages, during the Motoped Happy! Happy Hour, per AIMExpo Management, since APT / Motoped was a huge attraction at this year’s event. Per AIMExpo Management, “Motoped is one of the most popular features of AIMExpo, along with the Zombie Challenge – it was non-stop action from opening to ending.”

APT needs to continue growing the business; I personally don’t feel they owe anyone an explanation for their investment decisions. Everyone has a decision to make (or has made one of many), regarding to buy the stock or not. Personally, I’m a believer in this company – regardless of the PPS, as I know developments will come together and when they do “it’ll be boom time.”
