Good point on boots on the ground in the lab Inversor.
My thoughts are why we can't bring in more EO polymer scientists into the mix...
Why can't we ALL get along, or is this a 'not invented here thing'?

If this entire "National Photonics Initiative" is the real deal, then why isn't there a consortium of the following groups- they would all be sitting in my Oval Office:

Lawrence Dalton
Alex Jen
Seth Marder
Fetterman
Eaton
Miller
Leonberger
Norwood

But then again, that's our half-ass executive branch at work.
