Have yet to see any company give a 100% guarantee of no reverse split,and ceo's that tout the no R/S baloney are typically stocks on the verge of having no choice but to do it.
show me the black and white where he states no reverse split, and i will shpow you the one word or phrase in his statement that gives him an out to do it anyway.
some examples of lying ceo's who claim no r/s coming:

a reverse split is not in our future plans
at this time a reverse split is not on the table
we currently see no need to reverse split
under current conditions a reverse split will definitely not be implemented
we have no plans to reverse split
barring unforseen circumstances we can promise no reverse split
