I believe Aaron that a RS isn't going to be done anytime soon. Got to give Sal and "any other holders of billions of shares" time to dump them on unsuspecting investors first.
Doing a RS now would affect the numbers that Sal and "others" have and Aaron isn't going to want to piss off his "angel investors."
On the other hand he could and then just give them more shares for more/other undetermined "services" and undetermined "loans."
