The LTE 151 PATENT is no longer in play and will need to be heard in a new trial. This is as stated by the Judge "My fault on the claim conctruction" Seems he was not explicit enough on it's interpretation . Peeking at the attorneys computers Qualcomm documentation heavily involved! Zte likes to pull out snippets of testimony that benefits them but when our attorney brings up next few paragraphs of testimony it changes and in this case benefitted us!Amazing the arguments over words included or excluded "THE" "AND" "OR", Wednesday was the most involved I have seen the jury during our witness testimony! Lot of note taking! IDCC HAS RESTED THEIR CASE! Will be extremely interested on the cross examination of ZTE experts, very important me thinks! Our witness today on several occasions stated he was using the court's claim construction I think jurors can't hear that enough!James Nolan from IDCC testified gave jurors a history of the company! TIME FOR THOSE "SKILLED IN THE ART" TO CHIME IN!
