Thanks for the info. He can't just blame the shareholders for calling him though. People call because they see something promised not being delivered and they are concerned. To be honest, I am thinking to write to him as well. If the company doesn't deliver something soon, he is going to get a lot more calls/emails.

Are you willing to send him a list of things to be done by the end of the year and check if they are still on time? That way, we don't have to bother him individually.

The list I have include:

Clean room completion
Bleach modulator test results
progress on reliably reproducing the material
progress on partnership
devices promised on the ASM

but he had received several of those phone calls from shareholders within a short time period and he expressed frustration about that. But he was reassuring and said that they're busting their butts and doing everything they can do get things done.
