Issuing more stock options for PTSC? Looks like the board may be planning on paying the bills with preferred stock.

I warned you months ago, we may get watered down with more shares, also making the buyback system in place null and void.........

The longer this drags out, the easier it will be to justify another 400 million shares in the float, or maybe some more toxic financing?
