My question and point was that if "valid", and let's all assumed they are or were, then that means 2.375B shares got canceled and only 125M remain outstanding that Klein claimed to own.

My other observation was that there is a consensus among some Klein had dumped some or all of his shares.

I would say he (Klein) screwed himself over pretty good.......wouldn't you?

I wonder why didn't Huffman push him forward through discovery?
