Once again is this my document? Does this document have anything to do with me? Am I the Issuer in this document that went to the court with a settlement agreement placed into words that the shares were in fact valid and issued properly and then signed it?

Exchanging shares with a market value of $6M, not to mention having CONTROL of the corporation, for $300K (the price was .0024 the day they settled) seems rather stupid.

In fact, the market value of $300K didn't even hold up.
