That salary is absurd for a guy who spends his days trading pokemon cards and who cannot figure out the basics of how to report honest and accurate financial accounts.
And is DeFranco going to take a crash course in how to do the book-keeping? Or is he content to be a rubber stamp.
Then again, I'm very happy to see KP get some consideration.
And I find it interesting that Frasier is trying to figure out his exit strategy. This strengthens my conviction that he's desperately looking for a way to leave.
Maybe it isn't too late for Haddock to put together a buy-out deal?
Then again, how dumb is it for Frasier to be demanding extra cash in a buyout when instead he could just be negotiating on the price of his shares and paying long-term cap gains on anything extra? The guy is a very good programmer. But stuff like marginal tax rates and basic accounting appears to be beyond his mental capacity.
