I actually don't see any super negative or positive in that 8k. I'm mostly just laughing at the golden parachutes. The entire 8k is devoted to them, not anything for the PPS or the shareholders.
I agree with you on KP...I think actually that dude has been underpaid for some time...Marcus and him should swap salaries LOL....KP has the connections and relationships....
It appears to me he is not interested in getting out. He is just going to run the company as if it were private. Pay salaries and be damned the share holders.
