CDOC, well the debt has been there for a while and plenty of guys here were eager to buy at 8+ cents in the past. So the only unknown now is the lawsuit and the outcome IMO. Obviously the debt has always been the reason why the stock wasn't trading at 50 cents with these numbers, that's nothing new.
