CDOC was much more attractive at $0.10 a year ago than at $0.06 now .... profits have fallen roughly 70% since then, a big lawsuit was filed with potentially massive dilution, the business is trending down and a load of tax loss selling shares overhang the market. And the debt seemed payable with cash flows a year ago, but that's no longer the case.
I think the stock will continue to be under pressure through year end ....
