They may be delayed again but hopefully not because they were not aware of the OpSis delay. The closing was announced in July publicly and the ASM was in August. I am guessing Opsis closing was the reason the company talked about alternatives in the shareholders update before ASM. .

Hopefully they will have something to say about the alternative.
