Excellent DD Ding.

As a long term investor, it means that GCHI may not be trading in the fourth quarter. It may trade in Q1 2015. I don't know; we will see. We do need some clarity on the matter from FK. While it is not good news that the audit has not begun, if true, I certainly do not come to the same conclusion.

It seems far-fetched that FK would go through all the trouble of hiring Integral Transfer as a transfer agent, actually place the GCHI shares in our accounts, have FINRA involved, hire Les Barber, and transfer assets to GCHI, all in a scheme to commit a fraud on investors.

Possible but doubtful.

I will say this; it certainly doesn't inspire confidence and I will not be adding until we get clarity. If you sold after the I Text divvy, I certainly wouldn't blame you. As for myself, I am holding and waiting. I can wait.

I certainly can understand WNTR investor's frustration with the lack of clarity.
