Okay, IC ...you want to know something since you are so smart...
I didn't want this to be known but I will now since you seem to be wanting to call out my ACE card.... The audit hasn't even started yet....
That's right, I called MNP earlier this week and spoke to Steve Warden the accountant that is supposedly handling the Green Fund account and here is how my conversation went:
Me: Good morning, I am trying to reach the account who is conducting the financial audit for Green Company Holdings Inc out of Colorado Springs Colorado, can you help to connect me with that person.
Receptionist: One moment please let me look at our list. That was Green…..?
Me: Green Company Holdings Inc out of Colorado in the USA.
Receptionist: Oh, I see it now, that would be Steve Warden, let me connect you.
Steve: Hello this is Steve Warden.
Me: Good morning Steve. My name is Rick Bell. I am an investor with a company out of Colorado called Green Fund Holdings. I was informed you are the accountant that is conducting the audit for this company, is that correct.
Steve: Yes I am but that audit has not commenced yet.
Me: So you are telling me that the audit hasn’t started yet. Can you then tell me if MNP is contracted to do the audit.
Steve: Hmmmm. I didn’t say that. It’s best if you contact Mr. Kristan for any further information as I’m not a liberty to discuss this.
Me: Thanks Steve, I appreciate you taking my call, have a great day
Now directly after that call I emailed Frank and CC'd Les Barber on that email... Here is what I wrote to them:
Hello Frank,
I realize that it takes time to get things done. I also realize that the information companies put out in PRs are only ‘forward looking statements’ and some might not necessarily occur.
I will have you know as I think I have stated before, I have tens of thousands of dollars invested in WNTR. With the research that I have done and the information obtained I felt that this was a pretty sound and wise investment nonetheless knowing the risks involved as well.
I as well as numerous other shareholders are wanting more information provided to us as to what’s going on within the WNTR organization. Yes, we have gotten PRs announcing some of the captured holdings and investments that WNTR has made but we don’t get the pertinent details to know how those entities are valuable to WNTR and our SP.
That is there is very little, if any, detail informing us how much revenue each of these assets are gaining for WNTR. Yes, the last Qtrly filing showed a little but there are many other assets you have PR’d to us that are not even being mentioned in terms of revenue. Are those companies not in business? Are those companies not having any sort of income revenue whatsoever?
I think the auditing of the financials would definitely ease my mind as well as others but this has been shortcoming to say the least. There was a PR put out that stated:
“The company intends to have its financial statements audited as of June 30, 2014 and in compliance with the requirements of the OTC Markets will file the financials on or before August 14, 2014.”

But yet here it is two months later and no audited financials provided.
Now my biggest disappointment is that I found out by calling MNP that the audit has not even started yet. Below is a summary of the conversation that took place between myself and Steve Warden, the accountant from MNP who has been assigned the audit.
Perhaps the audit can still be started and completed in order to get the Green Fund listed on the CSE and trading at the date the restriction is to be lifted (Nov 25th). And then again perhaps not. But it is extremely disappointing that the audit hasn’t even started and yet it was announced to have been completed on August the 14th.
Furthermore, I feel that the WNTR SP is dropping like a rock because everyone is losing faith without seeing real audited financial results. If results were provided and as a good as one would expect then perhaps WNTR’s SP wouldn’t be so low.
Here is a highlight of how my conversation with MNP went:

(I think Steve ‘let the cat out of the bag’ and then when I questioned him on what he said he merely denied having said it and kept insinuating that I contact you for further information.)
I will not be making this information public to ihub members for fear of all the issues it will cause. However I hope you either respond explaining what is going on or make something known publicly in a PR.
BTW, I will be performing more due diligence with I-Texts to ensure what is going to occur with the next dividend is worth the WNTR investment.

I never heard a reply and that has been 3 days ago.... So I'm starting to feel somewhat like a sucker here even though I am in very much denial. But like Loss said there was that first PR saying that the audit was to be completed in June...then another saying in Sept... and now here it is Oct and no audited financials...
I still question about the revenues of all these entities that WNTR is supposed to own and yet I try to research them and can't find a damn thing on them.
I tell you what..... I will hold for this I-TEXT divy for what's it worth and then after that if Frank doesn't provide some detail, I'm out!
