But investors were screaming about getting "top tier" content - do you remember that? He did it, then they screamed about having it. It's really hard to do without millions in marketing dollars to go with it. Companies that do often go millions in debt for a decade or more before they turn it around and turn a profit. That's not a 'sham', it's just business.
