Looks Like Today is the Day based on Premarket Activity

If we see a close above .35 on high volume (>2-3 million shares), we should be off to the races. That may not happen today, but I think it's coming soon



I think there are a lot of investors on the sidelines waiting for a breakout. If today is the day, we could see 4-5 millions shares traded. When RCPI runs, it can run fast.
