Thanks PatentPlays, So Worlds will go to trial(or can go) regardless of how she rules on the Markman Hearing? I read your article on Investors Business Daily PM and I had a question about how the changes down at the USPTO are going to set back prospective filings. Does this also apply to coninuation patents? I noticed VirnetX (VHC) got a security patent approved last month. Just would like your perspective on this. Thanks!
