Markman results due in 30-60 days

Many have asked about Alice v. CLS and the technological patent test rule that SCOTUS has implemented. I answered this on my SA Blog it is my position that Worlds easily conquers this test as it is not a Business Method, and it employs the new steps (as opposed to the new hardware requirement) in the patent necessary to furfill the requirement.

That being said there is ALREADY enough claims that have not been challenged where Worlds could proceed to Trial. Obviously more claims only strengthens Worlds position before the Jury and that's where we are today.
