If D Lee was the only executive defraud the SEC, the Company and the investing public, he should serve a long sentence in jail of no less than 20 years! Many investors had good faith in the Company and invested substantial amount of their money, life savings, retirement funds, education fund, etc. in this company which turned out to be a crap.
Executive management should also take responsibility for letting DL run the company at his own will. They owe shareholders an explanation as to why it happened, the current status of the company (in terms of financial and operational) and what they plan to do!
