Yes there was fraud. But the fraud was done to advance the business, not to steal from shareholders IMO.

So is a 20 year sentence in order? I don't think so. 2 years might be a good number.

Coo2002, I am in full agreement with you. Some long time investors that I know may never recover the trauma that Lee perpetrated during his plunder of the company.
